Kathy Lewis is the owner of Groundwork Counseling, LLC and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor in Kentucky. Kathy received her master's degree through Lindsey Wilson College and enjoys working with adolescents, families and adults who have concerns with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and Relationship Concerns. Jessica is a 2013 graduate of the University of the Cumberland’s, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling. Jessica is passionate about advocating for her client’s success. Jessica has experience in working with the developmentally and intellectually delayed population where she has spent a decade as a case manager. Jessica has experience with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma and relationship issues. More about Jessica: Jessica spends most of her time with her family, friends and her two cats. Jessica enjoys reading, comedy, traveling, nature walks, cooking and ATV riding in her spare time. Jessica believes that family is everything and making each day count. Alicia is the newest addition to our clinical staff! She is a Certified Social Worker (CSW) and received her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville in 2021. Alicia is passionate about advocating for children's mental health. She's had past work experience in advocacy work for children that have been physically and sexually abused, as well as, providing therapeutic services in a community mental health setting. She has experience as a CSW working with children, adolescents, and adults. Alicia is also trained in EMDR therapy!! More about Alicia: She enjoys photography, painting, reading, writing, and spending time at home with her boyfriend and their pets. When Alicia isn't at home, you can find her singing (sometimes poorly) or listening to a podcast in her car while she seeks new towns to discover!

Audreanna Osborne is one of our new additions to our staff and we are so excited to have her join as a Targeted Case Manager! Here is some more about Audreanna! Audreanna is currently working on her Masters in Counseling Education at Lindsey Wilson. She has two children and two fur-babies. In her free time, Audreanna enjoys being outdoors, going to the movies with her kids, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

Dakota Lewis has had experience with working in different settings, such as: Computer Technology, Billing and Medical Coding and Customer Service. Dakota is knowledgeable, enjoys learning new things and is open to answering any questions that you, our clients, and ourselves may have. More About Dakota: Dakota Lewis is also from Eastern KY, who enjoys watching NFL football, fishing and spending time with his daughter. In his free time, he enjoys writing and is dedicated to his work and goals. Lesley is our summer intern and she assists in administrative tasks as well as seeing clients at a reduced rate. She is currently getting her masters in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Kentucky. Lesley also has her masters in Sports Leadership as well as a bachelor's in psychology. Along with school, she's also on the UK soccer team. Lesley have played sports all her life and they take up most of her time. She currently coaches a 10-year-old soccer team in Lexington and has been working with young athletes consistently for about 5 years. Lesley love to read, travel, and hang out with her dog, Alaska. Lesley stated, "Life can be a challenging journey and I hope to connect with many different individuals with a person-centered approach to create relationships and build resilience in client's lives." Lesley will be seeing patients 10 years of age and older as well as young adults, families, and couples. She will be charging $20 for self-pay and will be seeing Medicaid patients free of charge.
